Returns & Refunds
You can return any product within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We provide a free prepaid return label.
How to start a return: Sign in to your account at https://oneclickrecorder.com/account, open your order, and choose Request return. You'll get a free return label and instructions. Please start your return in the portal before shipping anything back.
Condition: For a full refund, return the product new and unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. If an item comes back used, damaged, or incomplete, we may deduct up to 40% of the product's price from your refund.
Refunds: We refund your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges: Start an exchange in the same portal. We ship your replacement as soon as we receive the original item.
Warranty: Every product has a one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Within 1 year, defective recorders will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The warranty doesn't cover misuse or accidental damage.
