The short version
- 90 days to return. The 90 days start on the date your order is delivered.
- Full refund or exchange for items returned new and unused, with all original packaging.
- One-year warranty against defects on every product.
How to start a return
- Start your return in our online return portal before you send anything back. Sign in, open your order, and choose Request return.
- The portal gives you a prepaid shipping label and instructions. You don't pay to return an item.
- Pack the product with all its original packaging, accessories, and manuals, then ship it.
Using the portal keeps your return tracked, so we can process your refund or exchange quickly.
Return eligibility
Every physical product sold by One Click Recorder can be returned within 90 days of delivery. For a full refund, the item must be:
- Returned through our return portal
- New and unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals
Refunds
We refund your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank or card may take a few extra business days to post the refund.
Partial refunds: If a returned item is used, damaged, or incomplete, we may deduct up to 40% of the product's price from your refund. This applies to items returned with:
- Clear signs of use or wear, or odors such as smoke
- Missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging
- Physical damage that wasn't there when it was delivered
Exchanges
To exchange a product, start in our online return portal. We ship your replacement as soon as we receive the original item. Exchanges follow the same 90-day window and condition rules as returns.
One-year warranty
Every product is covered by our one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, starting on your purchase date. If your product stops working because of a defect within that year, email us and we'll repair or replace it at our discretion. The warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse or accidents.
